Kindle fire not charging


If you're having problems like kindle fire won't charge, the issue could be a fault with the tablet, a problem with the charging cable, a problem with micro-USB power port or a deficient power outlet.

Testing the Charging Adapter, Cable & Port
To recognize if the charger isn’t working, you could take the USB cable and attach it to a pc or another power source to look for a charge. If it begins to charge, the problem is with the charger itself. You should purchase a rather less expensive one directly from the Amazon official website.

When you go to connect the cable, ensure that it is seated securely. Attempt to move it around gently to detect any signs of the connector being loose. If this is the case, you can attempt to lay your Fire on a flat surface and charge it that manner. Try Reset
Hold down the power button for 40 seconds to make sure that the Fire is absolutely powered down.

Making Sure the Power Outlet Works
Be sure that the power outlet you've been trying to use is, in fact, properly functioning. Plug in another device into the same outlet to confirm that the power is flowing.
