Kindle fire not turning on
1)     Check the charger: Using the incorrect charger or a charger that's broken should stop your Kindle Fire from charging and turning on. Make sure you are using the charger that came with your device or a cable and adapter well-matched with Kindle Fire frozen devices.

Keep in mind:
Charging a Kindle Fire through a pc USB port could increase charging time or might stop charging altogether.
2)        Plug the adapter into an outlet you want to be running, ideally in another room or on another wall. One way to check this is to plug a distinct device or appliance into the hole and ensure it really works before you plug your Kindle Fire into the same outlet.
3)        Ensure that the cable is securely connected to both the adapter and the Kindle. Connect the charger to any other device and plug it into the outlet to make sure the cable and adaptor are working nicely. If not, charge the Kindle using a different charger that you know is running nicely.
4)        Perform a gentle reset: A gentle reset will clear up many common issues without affecting any information on the device.
Press and hold the Power button for a complete forty seconds.
Release the button. The charge indicator light should turn on after numerous seconds and then the Kindle Fire should reboot. If it does not, continue troubleshooting.

5)        Perform a factory reset: A hard reset will restore your Kindle Fire to the settings and state it was in when it came from the factory. In effect, you'll be starting from scratch and will lose any data, settings, or media downloaded to your tablet.
Firstly, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time. The Amazon device recovery screen should appear.
Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset by using the Volume buttons of your device.
Then press the Power button to choose the reset.
Go with Yes, Delete All User Data using the Volume button.
At last, press the Power button to finish the reset.
Once the reset is complete, you may need to replace your Kindle Fire  customer service to ensure you've got the latest firmware and software installed on the device.
